Welcome to Woodland Regeneration. We have now been in business for 5 years, and want to celebrate our many achievements and diverse interests in fields such as wood-for-fuel, sustainable woodland management, and environmentally sustainable woodland practices.

We are now permanently established at the Blyth site, with our own office and garage space.

Our aim from when we were first established in 1999 has been to make a real difference in the field of sustainable development for woodland.

We have been using our woodland management skills to develop woodland products from waste wood, largely from management of local farming and woodland areas, turning these to many different uses. Recent years have seen an upsurge in the development of sustainable energy initiatives, which we are particularly keen to be part of.

Thanks to the Environmental Industries Federation, EIF we have been the very first recipients of a Micro Loan, designed specifically to help businesses like ourselves who employ less than 5 people.

Because of this we are now the proud owners of a Unimog tractor.

The Unimog has a variety of flexible working attachments, and can perform several different operations, which will enable us to process more waste woodland products off-site, as well as on-site.

The north-east of England is a very special place. Its beautiful rolling countryside, open and unspoiled, provides the backdrop to this area so rich in history and culture. Its people are warm and full of character. We are proud to be in business, and part of the continuing regeneration of this area.

We continue to be committed to the careful husbandry of native woodlands, that enhances the appearance of the countryside, allows wildlife to diversify and increase, and provides jobs, especially in rural communities. There is benefit to tourism and a positive input in helping to slow greenhouse gas emissions.
